Learning Object and Tutorial Request Form

Please complete the following form to request a learning object or tutorial. Requests should be submitted four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to the date needed. This form is used for tutorials on general library skills as well as course-specific tutorials for in-person, hybrid, and fully online courses.

Please note that some tutorials may take longer than six (6) weeks to complete.
